and so I made chocolate
It was one of those days when I was on my feet, all day, running from one thing to another, trying to make sure the house was cleaned up, CSA veggies got cleaned and refrigerated, food prepped for the week, laundry done and put away, dishes done, dinner made, and the boys were taken care of. I barely stopped to breathe. So when a moment arose where I was alone in the kitchen, I threw together a little treat for just me. Gluten free and sugar free, and sure to take care of those uncontrollable brownie cravings that pop up every so often.
Almond butter, cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut, chopped walnuts, and stevia powder. I have no idea what the measurements were, but I scooped and mixed, rolled into balls, and froze. And now I have a little escape -guilt free – waiting for me when I need it.
