Menu Plan Monday – better late than never
I didn’t put together a menu plan before heading to the grocery store this week, so I’m hoping I can come up with a weeks worth of meals with what I bought!Β Here goes…
Dinners
Tonight was random Night (I cooked Lucas some Rice Mac ‘n Cheese, I ate a Turkey Sandwich, and Ryan ate on the road)
Tuesday: Polenta with tomato sauce and Romano cheese,
Wednesday: Lentil Soup and German red cabbage slaw with bacon (I am determined to perfect this recipe!)
Thursday: Rice Pasta with Chicken, Broccoli, Asparagus, and Tomatoes
Friday: Fritatta with asparagus and onion, Romano cheese, and fruit on the side.
Saturday: Orange Roughy with Rice and steamed broccoli
Sunday:Β Leftovers
